If u put a full item lycan vs full item np ratting a lane each , lycan would be faster.
But in effectiveness np will be much better lycan.
arc warden for tower hitter
natures for wave push and tower hitter
meepo for boots of travel and fast waves + towers
lycan for damage and escape
tinker with manta for infinite dickery
Drow ranger.
if you have a team that can sustain a push around her, you can take all t2s, and rosh by 12 mins.
After that its highground, you will have so much of a gold lead that drow will take a tower by herself in about 10 secs.
Megas by 15 if you dont get wiped hard.
Lycan can push like a beast with just Vlads + treads. For late game I would say Meepo or rap warden.
Cant believe that this hasnt been mentioned but Terrorblade is very fast at killing buildings in metamorph

lycan, chen, beastmaster, furion. when it comes to split pushing waves and applying pressure, ember with bots+bf is uncontested but he's shit at taking towers.

Some people already said this and Meepo is obviously very good with his ability to be everywhere constantly. NP is an obvious pick as well, LD, Lycan. However the one hero nobody has pointed out which I found odd is Naga Siren. She will split push the opponents (with no risk to herself of being killed) to point of exhaustion. Naga will push all 3 lanes simultaneously very quickly. Also she has a great ult for escapes just in case the opponents jump her.
There's a lot of good pushers with right items. Alch is up there with right items, manta, octarine and then his insane 1.0 bat with chemical rage, he can drop some towers. So can TB, and let's not forget an aghs tiny with hyperstone and ac, or a farmed up Sven who uses ult to take down rax.
meepo with multiple agi items doe. He eats towers through BD protection as if it were only a bad case of eating cookies without milk.
