The Seasonal ranked queue is based on the unranked MMR, which is hidden.
you are quoting MMRs for various players, so you are quoting the Ranked MMR.
A players hidden MMR can be significantly different from the Ranked MMR. i am a case in point, my Ranked MMR is about 2500, so my matches in Ranked are normal skill bracket, however i only play unranked, when playing unranked games i play in the very high skill bracket.

Well I tried a few matches to see how it works, but it's so imbalanced. it could be worse than Normal matchmaking.
In those matches I played against 3k, 4k,5k, even 6k (normal MMR) and in the same way with teammates, the problem was in two matches,
I was playing with 2 guys with 6k mmr and me 5.2k, and the enemies only had 4k, or in the other way me and four 4k players, and enemies full of 5k or above.
Do you have any idea how this ranked system works?
