i smell Icefrog from 10 miles against the wind with these drastic changes

You know, the necrofeed + rapier build was super bad to begin with. It was super obvious that simply unallowing people to do so was going to raise it's winrate, even if the kit got overall nerfed.

I never used it. People couldn't build it anymore so no one played him, I find him way better

I did proper proc items build before I spammed rapiers and it was a ripper
Now you just go mid and snowball like a boong and arc still smacks games like never before

so how do people usually play him now? i've seen some people build both dagon-blink as cores and sheep-lens as supports on dbuff guides, rclick builds are really rare now too, but which one works better?

ive been looking into using this hero after the nerf too, i like using nerfed heroes, tho the ult changes are really good tbh
