If you attack 4 times in a row without a crit, the next attack should be around 60+% crit
there was a website around with a nice chart. But yeah 5th hit is about 65%, if you blink after 4hits there is a 95% + chance to crit with the attack bonus.
Example:
Slardar's Bash has a 25% chance to stun the target. On the first attack, however, it only has an ~8.5% probability to bash. Each subsequent attack without a bash increases the probability by ~8.5%. So on the second attack, the chance is ~17%, on the third it is ~25.5%, etc. After a bash occurs, the probability resets to ~8.5% for the next attack. These probabilities average out so that, over a moderate period of time, Bash procs nearly 25% of the time.
Effects based on PRD rarely proc many times in a row, or go a long time without happening. This makes the game less luck based and adds a great deal of consistency to many probability-based abilities in Dota 2. Gameplay wise, PRD is difficult to exploit. It is theoretically possible to increase your chance to bash or critical strike on the next attack by attacking creeps several times without the effect happening, but in practice this is nearly impossible to do. Note that for instances that would not trigger the effect, the probability counter does not increase. So a hero with critical strike attacking buildings does not increase its chance to critical strike on its next attack, since critical strike does not work against buildings.
About Phantom Assasin, I remember the old days dota 1 where I see a Mortred (Phantom Assasin for not familiar with dota 1) with 2 crit on her first two attack. Though its very rare, its posible.
With PRD, we can avoid that. For the attack table, I think it goes like this:
No. of attack = Crit Chance
1st: 5.3%
2nd: 10.6%
3rd: 15.9%
4th: 21.2%
5th: 26.5%
(I maybe wrong though)
For P.A. crt dag abuse, there's a trick. Practice it first on demo hero.
At lvl6, try attacking a creep but keep pressing 'stop' at bout 5-6 attacks. If it 'glow', repeat the process. Your basically "charging" your crit and if your lucky (at around 7 stopped attack, the crit chance is 37.1%!), your dag will crit. If it not, throw it again coz in PRD, every no crit will give you more chance of crit next attack.
But still, PRD on P.A is not OP. Like I said, PRD is hard to exploit thats why we rarely see P.A in a professional tournament because professional don't rely on luck.
i played agaisnt a lifestealer , with pa, we were on a party, they were amazed in the whole game i crited lifestealer like 8 times, but 100 on the gyro, we lost, but the game didnt count.
just me in the voice chat

So... I'm not a P.A. Player.. But i randomed it... And apparently its a fun hero... I also know that Coûp Dè Grâcè is a PRD.. How much hits will it take to assure an at least 75% crit proc?
Thanks
