idk the number 4 is kinda not rly good, i mean its first part. u know, randomly getting +25 or -25, or doing it several times in a row, wont mean shit. if ur skill stays at the same level, the trend line of ur mmr remains there as well, and ull get back there no matter what u do. u do not rise mmr by winning several games in a row; thats just random deviation that will be conpensated by s higher likelihood of losses later. instead, you improve ur mmr when u get better, fix ur psychological/ego etc. problems, change ur perspective. aiming for just a win in a certain ranked games confuses you cz u start beliving that ur future mmr will be affected by this game's outcome, while it actually wont. it pnly rises the lvl of anxiety, and makes u get mad at ppl who "hold u back".
