im playing with 3g phone net tht goes from 1-3mbps and ping in russian server is 40-50 euw eue 75-85
my average ping is 50-70 pldt (PLDC), net is very good at midnight till dawn, but i agree with you; Philippines should have their own server

I play on an average 160 ping on sea but most of the time when i do get matched up with Phillipines they tend to complain about lag, idk maybe they do need it or not. Seeing india has it's own server why not Phillipines who most probably have a bigger dota community?
I guess, since most "predict my mmr post" are usually from pinoys, most ppl here are probably tired of seeing our bullshit xD

Just because your situation is like that, doesn't mean others have experienced the same. The shit internet of the Philippines is known for being shit because of how expensive it is compared to every other region. When the lines are working, it gives a pretty stable connection.

This is the issue not Valves servers
Its the packet loss that's making all those weird efects like projectiles and heroes teleporting or moving delayed. A ping of 75 _ 110 is actually great.
our ISP in philipppines dont give a fuck about our connection with the SEA server, they blame the sea server if we experience internet issues
explain why japan and india have their own servers, im 100% sure they cant even get near half of the players in the philippines
India: South Asia
Japan: East Aasia
Singapore: South East Asia
Each of these countries support a certain region. Placing a server in the Philippines would be redundant unless they take away SG servers.
Also, packet loss with PLDT lasted only a week for me (last week), and that was with every PLDT player in my friend's list having packet loss as well. After that, it was my own shit plays that got me losing, and none of us have packet loss at the moment.
edit: also, I get 60 ping with non fiber connection.

I am getting ripped off so hard I pay 100 dollars a month and get 65 ping on us east which is my best pinged server.
I even uses tehtering phone using mobile data to play in sea and have a slight unstable connection
i have pldt home dls 1.5mbps. Always getting 50-60 ping with 0 packet loss. You playing on what video settings? Maybe your pc cant handle dota2 rofl

If you separate Philippine from SEA SERVER.IT WILL TAKE take 5-10 minutes for a 5- 6k plus mmr average game to quee. Logically, gaben will just pee on your flea.
