Anyway, I think most balanced build for SUPPORT Jakiro is
1-1-4-1 at lvl 7
1-4-4-1 at lvl 10
and MID Jakiro is
4-0-4-0 at lvl 8
This OP noob, SKILL Builds depends on how you utilize a hero. On your point of view, carry jakiro type.. While other players utilize jakiro as a support that's why they usually max Ice path(this is an aoe very good initiation skill). Especially if you have good dps carry on your team.
Of course u need that ice path first so your midlaner can take the early bounty rune. If war of rune happen.

Actually his best skill is Liquid fire and jakiro is a good jungler so he shouldnt be that ubderlevelled like other supports.
I have 4 very strong reasons as to why 2 points in dual breath is better than 2 points in ice path in the early game.
1. Dual breath is better at both ganking and harassing in the early game. U deal 200 magic dmg instead of 50. Both allows u to get around 2 extra hits on the opponent. It is also easier to hit 2 heroes with it.
2. Dual breath is way better at pushing lanes, especially mid. You force the opponent to wait at the lane instead of going to the jungle.
3. My build gives jakiro the option to steal farm and jungle. Imagine u warded the opponent jungle, and u see them halfway juggling, just use dual breath and you might take the last hit. Ice path does not offer you that jungle.
4. Dual breath goes better with liquid fire than ice path. At level 3, u make a combined 52 as slow which significantly hinder your opponents from last hitting and denying for 5 sec. Your stun lasts 1 to 1.5 seconds, thats only going to stop them from at most 1 last hit and 1 deny. If you liquid fire 1st than stun, u waste that 1 to 1.5 seconds of as slow.
All skill builds and item builds works in NORMAL SKILL DOTA.
Stop this shitstain argue.
Better ask yourself why I am still on this shitty MMR. you'll figure out sooner or later or you just dumb for improvements.

All jakiro skills got insane cast time.
Q is good at harassing melee heroes since it is harder for them to avoid. Void can only avoid 2/5 of the breath and timber is weaker against magic than physical. 2 points in breath does the job for me.
What I need is for people to prove me wrong.
Besides timbersaw u have not commented on the 4 points I have raised earlier. Go to Jakiro dotabuff page and click on guides, then browse through those skill builds for jakiro. U will find all sorts of things, some will disagree with u and some will disagree with me. This is why I want to hear people's perspectives to get a better understanding.

Why are there so many retards maxing ice path 1st before dual breath?
Simple logic tells us that damage is for early game and stun is for late game.
My build i always go:
