Hey bro, i'd say im what you would call a soft hearted gentleman. I play in the SEA server a server which people would say is the most toxic of them all. My tip is to mute the whoever it is that may cause you to tilt ASAP and just focus on your own game.

mute all chat, changed your name to no feelings attached and tell yourself you are aiming higher than the lowly scrubs you meet and will not waste time to flame them just move on and find another game and repeat. this really helped me with my focus and calmness even through rough situations.
