Obviously it does not, damage from blademail has a "no return" tag so it is not returned by anything. The same thing goes for damage returned by Return, Spiked Carapace and Dispersion, because if it did not work, you would get an infinite loop and both heroes would eventually just die from it (or one would, but the other would still receive a lot of damage).

if it did even doing 1 dmg to a guy who has blade mail activated while having one activated yourself will cause instant death to one with lower hp

If it would happen it would be an endless cycle of dmg return until someones dies xD
