My behavior went from 9750+ to 9500 after flaming 5 boiz on enemy team; feels like -50 per report i guess LOL

If you're near me then just don't play:

Get a -2k mmr friend or something and play 25 party games and coach him or something. Then see the levels of toxic mmr rise. Never flame even if u lose, playing with a friend in a low game helps to achieve that.
