Underlord? Are you high? The highest dps would come out of AC deadulus moonshard moonshard moonshard sven and ck in in their ultis. The next tier wud be morphling agi maxed and then terrorblade and drow. Wtf u talking abt op putting underlord sf and alchemist in the list
U cant make hero comparisons without giving them best possible items. Sure you can do double daed ac sf, but if you go (just) those items on riki i will report you
Actually i tested (not all heroes but most) with proper items and here it is:
1. Terrorblade
2. CK
3. Windrangr
4.Drow Ranger
5. Meepo/Alch/Riki/Jugg and probably quite some more
Im sure Morph AW AM OD Silencer could fit here though they are different kind of heroes
on agi heroes i went bloodthorn manta and 4x bfly, on wind just dmg items and on CK i went 5x heart and bloodthorn(need ac but its all done on 0 armor targret so)
Technically speaking, Silencer, LC and Pudge all have the highest overall potential in game, as they can stack damage infinitely. But that is a barely even there technicality. Pretty sure Void and Spectre can actually still take this fight even if say, LC had 2k duel damage.
What about Medusa? 6 rapier + splitshot and stonegaze on 5 enemy is highest possible dps. More than your top 5 List together.

Alchemist has like one of the highest possible dps in game without having to buy rapiers or stacking unlimited damage. Meepo with aghs + eblades should be close to the top. There's a reason why he eats through backdoor protection solo(read: 5 meepos).
If you want a clear number of the highest dps why the fuck do you choose a rng based item? a desolater would be much more accurate since you would have to run the attack like 5mins to get a clean result with deadalus
If you count shit like slark as best dps then Ursa is best dps also

@dog i didnt take bursting into account for dps because it has a charge time during which you cant right-click, but otherwise i used meepo with eblades instead of butterfly

ursa is different as he starts off slow later can become like riki if uses his ulti and is still hitting same target
i see many people underestimate Riki's passive :D
As far as slot efficiency for damage goes, WR is very high on the list too. Also you have to consider that alchemist might not be hiitting anything because he is melee, while windranger can hit a lot of targets he could never hope to reach. So the theoretical max in terms of dps is kinda void when you have to consider how heroes actually operate. If you have a 100k HP pudge then lifestealer and ursa are going ot top charts at some point, for retarded reasons, but speaking of realistic scenarios here, ranged and melee heroes operate way differently when it comes to DPS. Even if you kite a melee hero he might have a blink ability like AM or build tremendous movement speed like rayor, but at the same time, ranged heroes just need a long range to counter kiting. In a practical scenario, sniper might have the highest DPS if not against spectre and spirit breaker because he can stand so far back and hit targets without them being able to retaliate. Theoretically, his DPS is not that great, but he makes up for it by having a lot of time to hit those targets while they can do little about it.
Why has no one mentioned Tiny? I know that his BAT is bad, but if we are talking about having multiple moonshards or Echo sabre, Tiny with aghs has huge dps. That's not to mention his burst potential on top of that.
@op i was referring to meepo's right click, I think he clocks in at 4k + dps on the demo dummy. Alch comes in close with stacked mjolnirs, daedalus and moonshards
put 5 training dummies in same spot (like magnus rp hue hue) Riki Ulti Daed x2 BF x2 Diffusal2 Deso 5k+ dps on all very 1st second didn't expect that
However it's only a bit stronger than Ember so quite pointeless in the end to build him like that
Highest dps in what conditions? Team fight hitting 5 heroes, single target, or rax? Really this question makes zero sense without context.

All heroes have near maxed attack speed and an assault + 2 daedalus. No rapiers as they would make differences less obvious,also unrealistic. Some unlikely scenarios have been considered, undying might seem like a candidate but is not due to shit agi. Here's the list enjoy!
1 Legion commander/Pudge/Silencer/Slark
2 Underlord
3 Alchemist
4 Terrorblade
5 Sven
This list might change in game
For ex. Sf with built in ac will shine at times etc.
