Play a mid that can take stacks. Tinker/meepo/timber etc. can still clear stacks easily even after the jungle nerfs. You would have to abandon lane most of the time and play defensively though and try to make up for being defensive early game by hopefully punishing the lane mid game which lich has to not support having to commit mid.
tell your teamates to fuck their lane opponents up so lich must go away and help them. when he is gone go straight into alches face due to his lack of stats.
Win other lanes. All lich does is secure lane, the teams other lanes are probably weak. So hopefully your team didn't pick stupidly like jungle axe and a miserable offlane/weak safe lane. If your team has like rubick + spectre safe you may be screwed.

And wtf free stack but armlet at min7? I usually have midas at min 3-5 with alch
Dont fucking scared with alch' acid spray
Just eat tree and hit him with arcane orb or spam astral imprisonment
or pick DK buy armlet and dominator (or 2 helm of iron wills) and see alche trying hard to do you damage
the problem is not a hero that can shit on alch (voker, huskar, viper, etc.) The problem is the ranged creep being denied by lich and lane equilibrium being maintained by enemy mid duo in their favor, meaning alch denying all ur creeps and u dont have a mid lane anymore, its just alch farm fest.
solution is win other lanes and feed on farmed alch later by coordinating ganks on him

Alchemist harrass u with poison, so he can free hit creep.
And lich harrass with 1st skill and fucking insta denied with 3rd skill.
This lich is smart bastard at *.53 minute mark stacking for the money maker.
At 7 minute mark alche have armlet mordigan and armor increased from lich 2nd skill.
How do you beat this lane strategy?
