There is no arcana in the item drop system. Sad though.... But I guess gathering Mythical set is good enough.

I got a Pipe of Dezun on a smurf, gifted it back to my main account. Bestest thing to ever happen to me in Dota.

I got Techies Arcana drop back then when drops were still tradeable/marketable.. Sweetest thing ever..
sold it and got myself Dishonored & Life is Strange in Steam

Way back 2014, arcana can be get via random loot.
