MMO's aren't dead, still very popular, always will be, just not as popular as before cause of the rise of MOBA's.

where is elder scrolls $20? I thought it was $50... oh nvm it's 29.99, yeah get it on sale.
The secret world goes on sale for like $10 a lot on steam and it's a buy once, no sub.
MMOs just kinda suck cus the time commitment is too big. As casual as they try to make wow it still takes 4 hours to raid and if you don't raid 3-4 times a week you fall behind. Dota2 I can play in one hour chunks, almost as easy as finding time for a single player game.
oh yeah, forgot about blade and soul, and i think there's one called Wild Star too, anything other than that probably isn't that popular anymore.
played mmos all my life, favourite is still lineage2. played it when it first came out, and played for 8 years.
GW2 is really really good,although you have to buy it once for like 40 50 dollars

im deciding between blade n soul and PSO2, leaning more towards PSO2 though since i can easily access it plus i dont really like blade n soul's setting (chinese martial arts whatnot ew)
i've been playing tree of savior but it turned out to be a very sad disappointment do not play it

Everything used to be more fun when they made games for the game , not the money ..... The last decent one I played was NeverWinter . But from 2010 onwards , MMORPG hasn't really had a standout game .
