Doesnt really matter what mmr you are to go pro seeing how people like black^ dont even have that high of mmr, its the experience and the less you tilt that counts if you want to go pro i guess.
I think you just need a nice stack not necessarily super high mmr . Like miracle is 9k so is matumbaman but they still lost plenty coz of imperfect team decisions
I would try and find a team whilst spamming ranked. If you can hit 8.5k + you might get noticed.
If you are good enough to play pro you should be able to hit 7k playing even fairly casually. I'd start with that before I go looking to ditch actual life opportunities to play pro. That being said I enjoy playing more competitive dota even though I'm awful so if you can find people willing to play with you it's worth giving a shot.
Also Black hit 8k a while ago, idk if any core players are as low as 6.2k in tier 1/2 teams right now.

I play dota everyday i have 2 accounts the first one is my main which is 6.2k and the second one is 4.5k i mostly play on my main
I want to start streaming pretty soon but i dont know if this is the right way for a first step to becoming a pro dota 2 player.
