On your bracket people dont know that invoker can be played like this.
Lol.. I actually learnt to play invoker with the quas wex ,orchid build.. found it easier than landing sunstrikes :P
Because playing QW invoker will bomb your cs during lane phase if you're too used to playing QE

Sumail did this for eg but they have some of the most dynamic drafts of any other pro team and tornado emp coldsnap was pretty much what was more needed than meatball, sunstrike, forge spirits in the overall play of the game.
Now I am confused.. lol
I have been playing QE for the last few months.. If QW bombs my cs I'd rather not play it..
So I should just pick it when I have heroes like drow or other heroes which increase my damage?
It was more his team synergized better with QW for heavy cc and ensured mana burn to better the longer engagement. QW wrecks cs which was fine since drow allowed for QW. QE helps for lane pressure/dominance yet not as necessary per drow lineup. If you notice he played a very different style of voker than his normal play in that game. So long as he yad midas he was clear to leave lane and gank if necessary so long as alchemist was jg, and if you watched the footage i think they converted every smoke.
Quas Wex build is depends upon enemy heroes. You should know it. Like storm/tinker and other int heroes its better to go quas wex then exort.
But if you're good at quas exort then go for it any build will do but its depend on you're team mates too.
Quas wex is good only for early game and no longer useful long game.

Is Quas Wex Invoker no longer viable? I see no one playing it these days.
