division depends on the avg mmr of your matches
playing in multiple brackets(party games) obviously changes your division rapidly
i hoped that this is about some new ranked system ingame

3 months ago I was plat 1, now im silver 9, wtf dotabuff!
How did it even get this low?
Just cuz I didn't play for a while the took more than an entire rank of off me, it shouldn't work that way.
