or you can just not have an emotional intelligence of earthworm
like, you shouldn't be getting stressed in the first place
@nom nom
So you have never got stressed in a game of dotes? I'm not buying that, unless you are referring to yourself as an earthworm that is.
So not being stressed out by a video game means I have no emotion? And people who get lost in rage and can't keep their shit together are emotionally healthy?
Nice one. There are 1000 of things to get stressed out by in real life, and I do have issues that basically mentally paralyze me at times, and those things are actually somewhat scary and sometimes life-threatening. So I am able to feel stress.
But exactly because I know there are terrible things in life is that I can't get stressed by a video game, which is why I believe people who lose their shit in a game absolutely lack emotional intelligence to deal with small things like that in first place.
It's just a game, you aren't playing a TI, and you can't even make it out of normal skill so you're also really at the game in first place. So what exactly are you getting stressed about?

@haylingZar
yo, not being stressed at a game means he is in a state of relaxation, relaxation is an emotional state (hence its an emotion), your argument is invalid.
Unless our buddy nom nom isn't relaxed nor stressed, and is constantly in a neutral mental state, which is to be unemotional,that is also an emoiton.
not cool bruh
If you play the game to have some fun and relax from real problems you have, it's going to be relaxing no matter what.
If you play the game because you do not really have any worries you can do something about, you can get tilted very easily because your bar for what you can be calm and relaxed about is very high. You're too spoiled, is what I am saying. If some real issues hit you, you're going to go crazy.
There's also such a thing as an EMOTIONAL INVESTMENT into a game - if you win you feel great, if you lose you feel like shit. If you lower your emotional investment and accept that it's just a game, you can simply enjoy your road to victory/loss, and that's about it.
That being said, fapping is obviously the best solution to most stress-related problems, it's free, doesn't require you to get up from the bed, and it can let you sleep easier.

3 short consecutive breaths, 2 long long and slow breaths, hold your breath for 22 seconds and release very slowly.
Repeat 3 times for desired results.
