In anything lower than that is pretty much all the same at possible worst itll be a couple hundred variation
actually, the more players in a region the lower the true skill of a mmr point will be, because there is more players in that mmr,
if you check open dota, you will find that the highest player region is russia with a avg mmr of 2.8k, while the usa has less players and a higher avg mmr of 3.1k
the larger the population the lower the median mmr because their is more players, but at the same time that there is more 2.8k players in russia, there is more 5k players in russia, which means that the avg skill level of 5k in russia is actually lower because it has more 5k players than say, the united kingdom.
Therefor SEA and Peru have the lowest skilled 5k players, while 5k in EU and NA are higher than those regions cause their is a smaller player base.
the more stepping stones there are the easier it is to climb the stairs of mmr.

Perhaps not better, but many high mmr famous players like resolution, dendi, noone, lil, are ukrainian and not russian (even though they mostly play on cis teams so everyone treats them like they were russian).
there s no differenceexcept for higher ratings, and even then its unclear which one is worth more. the game style varies due to the fact that as a 7k player on eu, u sometimes get games at 8k+ average, and in lets say australia u r mostly playing in 5ks.
Reminder that idiots SirActionSlacks is 5k which basically means mmr is meaningless as an objective measure of skill.
MRR starts actually being accurate around the 6k mark and until then you are just another shitter pleb.

The MMR of each division is on a different scale, and comparing MMRs across divisions is not currently meaningful.
