people from sea region i meet are mostly fine and i got a lot of friends from there since many years ago, but approximately 20% of guys from the region i talked to are extremely weird, both in terms of english usage and their reasoning. they just say weird shit in a fucked up way, and generally look like ppl living in some other world, or mb 14 y.o. sociopaths that just dont know how to communicate.

3-4 years ago i was massively trading on d2l, back when it still made sense. i wasnt concerned much about the profits, i just liked the process, and i got a lot of friends from that period.
a bit later we hosted a pretty active steam group that among other stuff was communicating with d2l staff regarding the cases of massive frauds and report raids we encountered. most ppl there were from sea.
that is expected. SEA is a very diverse region. most of it is very poor. also if anything, the culture in SEA should be the most distant from other regions, just due to the geography. not to mention most ppl if u ever meet from SEA, are pretty young. that can explain a lot already.
