IMO it's worth it to take sleight on level 1, it's really easy to dodge the first dagger, tho generally after you dodge it the first time, the QoP will start faking the dagger a lot and you'll have to rely on your reflexes

i would scale it maybe at level 5

It can let you get close enough to catch her with chains, which might lead to a kill if you have someone ganking. So if you know your supports will be trying to gank mid then maybe its worth it.
