under 3200 mmr -> normal bracket
3200-3800 mmr -> high
3800 and above -> very high
It is dependent upon the average mmr of the players within the game.
if seriously, you just need to be able to win all games below 3.5k mmr then you maybe deserve vhs. and by all i mean even those that have afk'ers, courier feeders and intentional feeders. otherwise you get a forced 50% winrate coz if you just play "pretty good" you will win all the games that your team isnt retarded but they will be retarded ~50% of the time.
i am still yet to learn how to win with intentional feeders or afkers so im stuck in 3k :(

Well Cookie, technically, HurrDurr guy isn't wrong in saying your logic is fallacious. You did only say "by destroying enemy ancient" which means when you destroy the enemy ancient-regardless of how many times you do that-you can get VHS, even if you only did it once even if you were previously NS.
i think he neglected to mention that you need to destroy the enemy ancient more times than you do not
