3k item early is not small but diffusal is not too situational on carries
Yes, it's a shame Windrun can be dispelled by a 3k item or even 2k item which is popular on every heroes this patch
Where is the legacy of Windrunner/Windranger!?
My guess is they will rework Windrun next time

Well from my past few windranger games I've learned she is still as good as she's ever been because people don't actively use diffusal or just don't buy the item because they don't know how good it actually is. I speak from experience in saying diffusal has actually one a few games for me just by using its active. So what have I learned today: Small items can have a huge impact namely dust smoke rain drops and diffusal (not necessarily small but its not expensive either)
