I don't believe so, however, I don't play heavy micro heroes. I just set the "select all other units" to a hotkey. Works well for carries that go hod to push out lanes, but if you are trying to play Chen or visage I think control groups are best for this purpose.

Is there a specialized button for HotD creep because I always have to set creeps in control group every time I dominate one
I don't wanna use Tab because sometimes I play Morphling and have Replicate illusions.
Since HotD is getting hot this patch, I have to learn using it
I never did because of this one obstacle
