Ranked 1,742 51.21% Winrate
No. of Matches Won: 1742-(1742*(1-0.5121))= 893
No. of Matches Lost 1742-893 = 849
Net Win: 44
Assuming all his matches are solo ranked: it would be 1100 MMR increment of his calibrated solo rank. So if you have calibrated at 3900 MMR, and you play the 1742 matches @ 51.21 Winrate (anyone can do this), then you will easily get blue stars.
So the more you play, the higher mmr you go.
Only the true pros have more than 55% winrate in ranked.
