ANYONE HEARD OF TECHIES RIGHT CLICK BUILD?

Basically you get +50 dmg at lvl 10 and utilize extra atspd from treads to right click with it. Treads for mana regen and dps. Thoughts?

i think treads is fine on the supports that have +dmg talent, no? you still get supreme value from switching those even if you aren't currently right-clicking
