If you are on tilt, just do not play dota for a few days. Now there is Dark Moon, so spam the shit out of that. Do some unranked. Or, just play a different game or do something in rl.

Ok this is my actual guide how to overcome tilting in games. Forget everything and focus on your game. Do your best not try your best because you gotta give everything to win mmr. Speak politely. Dont ever blame others and focus at the present. This is how i can play like 8 games a day without any tilting issue.
