drops and sets gained from prediction chests are only giftable
If you got it as a drop, right click item, then it should have a tag saying 'gift wrap item'.

Title. However pretty much all of my items say not trade able my cousin often gifts me skins for support hero's. I have a couple skins for carries that I don't play. Is there a way to make them tradeable?
