Besides ganking him in the laning stage I see no real counter, given he's insanely tryhard.
pretty much, u mostly rely on ur team/mid to rape him and then push together/ don't let him farm
weaver/slark is worst for arc (not on mid i mean) / mid gangs (spirit breaker best one)
as i have some experience on arc i can say the worst for arc on mid is q/w invoker (with cm aura you will have no chance if invoker lasthit/cs good) 1v1 alch is good also (if arc's team have no gang potential) heroes with escape (before arc gets hex/orchid) or with dispells (aba/lc/omni) its rare but fastpush with chen + luna/venge and some tank with dagger like axe, could also name lifestealer as early-game counter for arc
raindrops help a lot against arc

I very rarely see AW in games, rarer than Meepo, in fact.
However, whenever I play against Arc it's one of the two: either a freekill feeding non-stop OR a one man army, worse than Meepo at times, omnipresent, fast-farming, split-pushing, fighting, always everywhere.
How to deal with a REALLY competent Arc Warden player?
I am talking about an obvious smurfer who goes 25-1 on 4k.
How do 5k+ deal with avid AW spammers, not shitstains, but legit no-lifers, who play this hero hundred games in a row?
