tier 1 is 1k
tier 2 is 2k
tier 3 is 2k-3k
tier 4 3k-3.7k
tier 5 3.7k-4.5k
tier 6 5k
tier 7 5k+

As a scrub, it seems you can't be below tier 3. Which seems weird... why isn't 3 just 1? Protect my feelings?

I'm barely 2k and can't select below 3 anyway.

BC tiers are not entirely based on mmr.

i have 1k mmr and i played with a friend that is 4k mmr.
he is tier 4 i am tier 3, thats 3k difference.

just a tip, dont play with randoms. you dont know if one of them sucks, maybe if you're lucky all are decent. then you get to the final where you will meet a 5 stack of friends that will have better coordination and teamply and you get outplayed.

I won once with friends and once lost the finale at tier 4, with randoms i never made it past the semifinale.

Randoms will tell you BS like "yes ofc i can play support" just to get into a team and then they mess up big time
