With so many item controlling fights right now and Ursa relying on quickly blinking and single target punishment, I find it really hard to teamfight with this hero, is he still relevant in this meta? Is he a situational pick/ when do you pick him in a draft? How do you fight with him? And how do you go to the late game with him? Who's the best lane/teamfight heroes to go along with him?
