@Kryptnyt oov will help keeping those supports who try to harass me.
if they leave lane, the carry will suffer from the oov despite -3 dmg and minimal movement speed, there is some psychological effect making them move away to avoid more attacks from me. they will eventually suffer a lot of miss on lh.

I've lost to solo offlane lich recently although I think it was just due to inexperienced supports. If you just play lane normally it fucks up your carry. You have to be proactive and dive the lich which should be fairly easy when he's low level as he pulls the wave under his tower. Unfortunately most support players aren't aware of this and try to play passive/pull or roam midlane then wonder why lich is level 9 and the carry is level 5.
^he is however pretty hard to kill with even a point in ice armor(similar to skadi attack slow) and will be much higher level than the dual/trilane safe, so it's hard to kill him(think of his kind of like a timbersaw, a bully in lane and hard to kill)
What does he provide with offlane. Will he have as big as an impact as centaur and ds. He does not farm fast either
dive lich? he lvls faster than you and you cant touch him when he armors himself. only downside is he's ultimate realiant and lacks initiation
He lvls faster than you if you play passive and let him deny creeps for 5 minutes, not if you play aggressive at level 1-2 where he's a walking creep. Like I said many supports aren't used to playing in this style as most traditional offlaners have escapes/can go talon jungle at 1 but it is the most effective way to deal with lich solo offlane.

you cant kill people with lvl 1 heroes unless lich player is dumb and doesnt block+deny his wave, but why would you want to continuously gank a low lvl lich? you dont even get gold aside from first blood. Also wtf can a lich even do mid game aside from ulting you when you try to push towers? just stack the hard camp then go jungle and dont give him a chance to ult you when you try to push.
It is absolutely game losing if the 2 supports on your team is trying to shut down a lich the whole of 8 minutes rather than the enemy mid/carry or counter ganking.
Also, there is no way the enemy can dive the tower and kill you early game with frost armor and trees. Its not uncommon that lich skills frost armor at lvl 2 if he's up against some cancer kill lane that uses CC and right clicks to kill people.
