This is all I do for every single tb game. Go safelane, get boots, pms, Aquila.
Take the enemy tower at 7 minutes, get your treads and farm the jungle whenever your E is on cooldown.
Get a dragon lance, then manta. Whenever your E is up push a tower.
Rinse and repeat and you win the game

I agree with Venz, Jug or other versatile carries are better to spam.

if i can get 700-900 avg gpm in 5.5-6k you should be able to get 1000-1300 avg gpm in 1k
