whats the actual chance of hitting the hero (1 specific target) with chains?
cause its 33% chance of hitting 1 at first and then 2 targets left with 50% each, or does it not matter since theyre hit instantly and not 1by1?

Even if it was 1-by-1, it would still be the same result. 2/3 x 1/2 (the chance to not hit WR) = 1/3, thus a 2/3 chance to hit WR.
