Its quite easy. Naga and tb are two of my main picks.
You will need 1 button to select your main hero only, 1 to select all the illusions, 1 to select all units (main hero+illusions) and 1 for each of the illusions and 1 button to select the 2 manta style illusions.
My own buttons are 1 for the hero, Z select all units, X select all illusions( from a skill), M select manta illusions, C, V, B, N for each illusion.

Ive always loved illusion heroes such as terrorblade and naga but i could never figure out how to correctly micro naga illusions because all i do is a-click all of them to the nearest jungle camp
