Only 0.3 seconds of no 100% evasion/invisibility. have played with a wr yesterday and she went for invis and cd red. No octo needed, you need more than 0,3 sec to drop at least a powershot and a shackle ;-)

you can spam shackles and powershots non stop now. all you need is the mana to sustain it nad youd be like a little fountain in terms of offensive capabilities, if ignored you kill everyone with repetitive blasts, and close to unkillable lul

So if you take talent for invisibility and talent for 30% cooldown reduction, and then buy an octarincore, you would be able to cast win run almost 24/7 on her? And being invisible also permamently. Am I right?
