Good question, because buying multiple treasures and getting a set by opening one of them will not give you a duplicate until you get all non-rare ones. I don't know how it affects sets you buy separately from the treasure. Someone who buys a lot of BP levels or throws money at GabeN will have to answer this.
The way it usually works is that the drops are seperate from your inventory so if someone gifts you an item or you buy it from the store you can still drop it from the treasure.
So yes you can drop it again.
