yea that steam update that happen everytime your power goes off is like hell..... happen to me alot 3rd world problems......

I typically restart my PC every 5 or so days, so every time my PC crashes it guarantees a fucking abandon.

^no need to troll me, I know I am trash at dota, I just hate the fact that I have to play LPQ now because steam has to be updated even if you are mid game :|

i know that feel from a little less than a year ago when i played on our old computer
if i got a blue screen or just small drop of electricity that's enough to turn the computer off, i could BARELY manage to connect in 5 mins thanks to steam

i dont think ive ever seen the updates to change a thing since i installed steam to play tf2

I honestly believe everyone bellow something like mid 5k is terrible and I can tell from watching those games, and knowing how many mistakes I myself make, that are directly related to my MMR.

When I get a power cut, I get an abandon. When the power is back, I get another one, because only a single power cut in a day is unheard of where I come from. Cleared your LP? Enjoy the same thing again tomorrow! The power is fine? Don't worry, the net will fuck up. Oh wait, even if it is fine, I'm sure all the people in the house are using it simultaneously. Lucky enough to have a dedicated internet connection? I'm sure your 5 year old laptop will crash. And when you have a stable, dedicated internet, a steady power supply and working laptop, you WILL be asked to abandon the game, because you have to go somewhere with your family, and it has to be NOW.
