I agree. I noticed this when I was playing Earth Spirit the other day. Not getting xp from bounty runes is a huge pos 4 nerf.
I couldn't be happier. Pos 4 players thinking XP comes from nothing and just waiting for yellow shiny shit to spawn and then gank my lanes? l2p.
well ea, that's called "nerf", roamers were too dominant so they got nerfed
You still have gold, definitely easier than the times when bounty runes weren't even a thing.
Ofc tome is core now,i never build that much but with buff to it and nerf to runes its must have,as i said this is meant to babysitters.
Bluetard againn think they are the only ones pulling or what?This was meta of runes for all supports was twice nerfed and now huge change in lvl progression.You can pull and farm two camps in row with io...i do that but the difference in lvls is too big,valve gave us box of chocolates we eat half of it and now want everything back.I do understand this is all dota,always learn and explore new things but why is there fucking zero xp.
l2p, roamer also got buff in terms of stacking creeps gold bonus.
start stacking crusaders, which i know u didnt except for a few cases, like once in a blue moon lmao
it makes you learn and practice other mechanics other than just getting yellow runes and be useless for like 30s running to the rune spot and waiting for it to spawn every 2 mins
useless might be a bit off, cuz there's also advantages, but you get the point
The initial rune could do with buffing again. Was fun when there were 5 man smokes and stuff from the off. With the mid waiting to block it has all got a lot more passive. Stealing one of the runes is currently worth a lot less than a decent block.
Maybe make the initial TP scroll a different item with its own cooldown and let people buy a normal TP scroll (not initially on cooldown) if they want.

It makes our lives much harder,as io player who have been relying on xp from bounty runes i can say its significant,its actually huge nerf for babysitters-who are not usually going to get kills early on lane.Its not as balanced as it was so im bit sad about.
