Tbh 3 second doppelganger is viable
It's actually nuts if you don't need the dps and want to be more slippery and evasive this talent can be kinda nuts
Played vs a pl with 3 sec doppelganger just this last week. We would always get a hold of the right one and he would just keep w out of it and escape every time. Come back 5 seconds later after his heart heal him quite aggravating.
nobody focuses on PL anyways (Unless they get a jump on you, in which case they probably have hex or mute or stuns anyways)
I only use it on my "Illusion fight" build, with the Spirit lance talent and an Aghanim. tons and tons of Illusions despite whatever AOE they have
if enemy team has alot of follow up stuns/disable/sustains then you can go for -7s, makes your Doppelganger skills available in every 3 seconds. you may probably build Heart/Skadi, this will make you very difficult to kill due to high hp regen. you will just doppleganger to back and forth in every team fights or tanking towers.
+30% Critical Strike is good against tanker heroes and illusion based PL with Diffiusal, Aghanims + Radiance, Spirit Lance can deal 375 magic damage, slows the enemy to 40%, the bounce is so annoying, it burns mana at the same time hits the radiance.
^Might seem quite out of place but the minus 7 sec effectively decreases the cd to 2 sec not 3 ,He has a 1 sec reappear delay.
valve shhould make a few days when alll the talents are distributed randomly so we can actually learn what is better :D
