slark is easily countered and doesnt scale that well
meepo is close to the same and more of a niche type
spectre needs wa too long to come online in this fast paced meta (even though he got some nice buffs!)

does the heroes like meepo, slark, spectre not belong to the current meta right now? i see rarely anyone using that hero, can somebody explain please?
