Techies is basically the only hero that changes the game from dota into minesweeper or hangout simulator
@Scarifar : Read that already... makes me think if the writer has right point of view... just cause a hero is OP in defence is not enuf reason to perma-ban him according to me.. still u can always tweak him a littl then.. n to counter that he is almost zero in offence...
@370ms : well since techies is an option in hero pool i think that shud be given a new strat name... i remember a time in dota 1 wen me n my frnds used to term rat dota as cheating... or just rework the hero (though not needed in my opinion)... my point is y have him half-hartedly for this long..?

I also hate certain heroes, but i don't want them deleted, rather, i want to learn playstyles or heroes to counter them.

Why is techies not in CM mode? Isn't it weird that 1 of the oldest additions to the game never got any play at the highest level ever (except for a brief period during TI4)?
He is irritating, yes, but so is CK or PL or AM if u dont have a counter... and illussion heroes can completely ruin techies games if balancing is the question.
I feel he is just 1 of those heroes u gotta have a counter against.
So why is he not there for Pro-s to pick & us to learn from?
P.S. : Any advice / comments (that makes more sense than 'go quit', 'shit tier', etc.) regarding my own techies games are most welcome.
