Yes and no, by removing 50% tidebringer talent you wont have those ridicolous oneshots anymore, but you will have shorter cd on tidebringer and if you didnt crited you can try again in shorter time frame, but its not gonna be good as it was.
take into consideration that late game your tidebringers are usually depends on your x mark cd to pull off safely rather then the tidebringer cd. and the x mark doesnt get reduced
it would still be possible but with rapiers so it's not a nerf or buff but a change and you don't play kunkka as 1 hit get back hero his base damage is good and he's tanky
It's about the same avg damage + you lose burst which is important in Dora so yeah I think it's a nerf.
at least now, you'll survive a cleave if you have 3k+ hp.
Sadly for us, if kunkka start building tarasque, the new one might prove even more cancerous
Yah that is mostlye what i tought, but i think there are some builds for a low cd tidebring way to use it and not depending on the x mark. it may be a new cancer if we get it right
Ya kunkka will have to build tankier now, his late game is def less scary now , back to tempo controller role :(
