So ancient now is the new divine? Or u have to win a game after calibrated 10games.

He won 9 out of 10, still got placed at 4k mmr, Ancient II - before calibration he was close to 7k and top 250 Divine.

I thought the Valve employee had said this time re-calibration would only take into account win/loss and nothing else. Yes, the spread was going to be greater this time, but if that's the case it should not place a 7k player in the 4k bracket if he won 9 out of 10 games.

So did they fuck up the new immortal badges where they just appear as ancient badges?

the badge is wrong. the rank number is correct. it happen before.

no... valve corrected it. its totally a bug. i've checked his KDA, performance, lasthit, deny, tower damage etc... and stuff...he deserved more than ancients. 9 wins 1 lose.... he should be gaining MMR. not losing.

So someone at Valve knew they fucked up, picked some accounts that had obviously been fucked up, and allowed them to calibrate again? They are a mess. It's not really fair for the rest of the people. Either they allow to re-re-calibrate to everybody or they don't do it at all. What a joke of ladder system this time.
