Turning off "Expose Public Match Data" in General Discussion

I've unchecked the Expose Public Match Data in my Dota 2 Client but DotaBuff and other 3rd party sites are still able to see my match history etc. How do I make it so they cant?

when you uncheck "expose blabla" it just means you no longer send your next matches until you check it again
but if you played before with that option enabled well there's nothing you can do

if you're playing a high-priority game, just change your name right before the game and they won't find you on dotabuff in-time since it takes a few minutes to update the name-change.
