Its all Blizzard... that company does not give a fuck about its clients, its being completely ran into the ground by Chinese investors and hedge fund managers.
FYI, Blizzard got acquired by Vivendi/Activision and is not anymore the Blizzard it used to be back in the days.
You are still right on the financial-directed governance/strategy which spoils everything it gets its hands-on (including your NHS soon :O).
I guess they'll get punished by some class actions if the community is clever enough to unite.
They'll see if their financial strategy was worth after paying back the money they stole from consumers.
I am extremely saddened that they ruined w3. I was wrong to kept my hopes up, I really wanted to play a rts with a hero
@cat: Same here, they had a f**king golden opportunity to make the things right and rule the game like a boss but they choose to betray their community/consumers/fans.
They could even make a profitable/sustainable business model around campaign DLCs, unlockable heroes at the tavern through farming the game or spending money, but no.
The thing I don't understand is why did they advertised things they wouldn't deliver (even after delaying twice the release date) and give us the rod to hit them back. Even if they are a big company with amazing lawyers, that's a newbie mistake.
Man, I reviewed all the Build Orders and spammed Grubby's tutorials/videos in order to not play the game until they fix this s**t and deliver what was promised.
FML.
Edit:
@Vaikiss : False advertising, shitty texture rework, instability of the game, full of bugs, disabling warcraft3+tft classic, creating false expectations, etc... You can check the reviews on metacritic if you want :) Prepare a beer and popcorn it's fun.
Oh? Thank you! I didnt know that.
Thank you for being here and correcting me. Im not feeling lonely anymore
Critic vs. user reviews. Who should I trust?
Users. Every time. Video game journalists are often paid directly or indirectly to write favourable reviews. Only a complete idiot would value the opinion of a journalist over freelancers and users.
I think that people, who pre-order some game are pretty much paying for early-access to beta version of the game. Games are sometimes unfinished, they didnt test it enough and the game needs 3-6 more months to fix everything to be playable.
I remember buying Rome II Total War (my last pre-order). I tried the game, it was horrible. Tried it 4 months later, still not even comparable to Shogun II. I was so disappointed by the game I never played it again. It might be a good game, but anytime I turn it on I feel unhappy about it.
And I dont want to have this feeling about the games I like - be it W3, Elder Scrolls etc. So I prefer to give the game and to other player some time to test it and to devs to fix.

Which is disgraceful. You wouldnt pay full price for any other service if it were defective at launch! You wouldnt spend full price on a car knowing it is likely to breakdown in the first couple months. Gaming corporations need to get some fucking respect for their customers and adopt the mentality the CD:PR has with Cyberpunk 2077. Games should come out when they are ready, not half finished to meet a deadline enforced by a greedy company!

It has been in beta for like 6 months already and delayed twice.
Do you actually expect players to code the reforging for them ?
I'm sure if I see the source code and architecture I'll throw up seeing all this garbage.
They should just have delayed it once more like CDRedProjekt with the Cyberpunk.
Like come on, their is a profile picture of a Blizzard guy still as icon of a unit status.

Oh, the irony is rich!
Oh, the irony is rich!
The irony is lost on me... Never trust a critic. That is common knowledge. Be your own person and experience something for yourself or at the very least pay attention to what the CONSUMERS are reporting since they are the ones that the product is aimed at.
I was ironic on the first post...
I would hope so too, I was giving my thoughts on the question posed as opposed to suggesting you would trust a critic. Sorry if I insinuated that you were favouring the critic in this situation. When you said the irony is rich I thought you were referring to my response, not your initial post so I got confused :)
my exact thought how can game have a reviews if its not out yet
if its by retards who spend money on something that isn't yet done and whining then those reviews are worth exactly 0
Well if it was in beta for 6 months and is completely broken, something is really wrong with testing.
Doesnt matter (for me) though - I am not preordering any game anymore. There is no reason to spend money for something nobody can test. It is better for other to spend the money, leave disappointed and come when everything is fixed and playable.

Called it months ago, it happened.
Will they manage to be in the guiness book of the worse rated game ever ?
F**k Activision for destroying this beautiful license.
