Oh man this bug is fucked lol. As far as I can tell you have to put a rapier in your stash, drag it to your backpack on your main hero, and then you can just move it into the neutral slot on the bear. Good thing nobody plays LD.

Download the match to see it. The Lone Druid bought divine rapier and it was put on the bear's neutral item slot... It didn't drop when we killed the bear.
Maybe it would've dropped if we killed main hero? But still a load of shite, divine rapier certainly isn't a neutral item that you can put on the bear.
