The only reason I used to play turbo was to wait for my friends or kill time. Jungle CM, Battlefury ES, 9mins Divine PA, etc

Not sure if you are from the warcraft era, but turbo is just a copy of "easy" mode in Dota 1.
It is not a mode to be played seriously for a simple reason that it's not balanced. Pick heroes that scale well(Pa, Spec) and you win.
Pa was like the easiest win. Get Divine at 9-10 mins and ez 90% winrate in turbo.

Im trying to lvl up heroes in turbo but then I encounter a 25min bottle, vanguard 0-6 specter why?
