Does anyone know how/why this guy's dotabuff has a leaderboard number. Is it a bug or are SEA servers that dead?

its just a bug, it means he was immortal at some point and then lost his mmr.

wrong, guy plays in an unpopulated server so it has no immortals there. simple as that
