As someone who plays literally one game a month now, I can't keep up at all.
Hero changes, universal heroes concept.
Items and neutral item changes as usual
Roshan having 2 homes at the corners of the safelane, and some floating boxes that hurts you if you hurt it.
Gates into the base that only the home team can enter/exit. We League of Legends now.
More neutral camps.
Free wards(watchers)
Time to get recalibrated by MMR confidence and sent from Legend 1 to Crusader 3
